Do you travel outside of Ndola?
Yes, we serve clients throughout Zambia. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and duration of the assignment.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Delivery times vary by service. Typically, you can expect wedding photos within 4-6 weeks, portrait sessions within 2 weeks, and commercial projects as agreed upon in your contract.
What should I wear for my portrait session?
We provide detailed guidance before your session. Generally, we recommend wearing solid colors, avoiding busy patterns, and coordinating outfits for group photos without matching exactly.
Do you provide digital files or only prints?
Most of our packages include high-resolution digital files. We also offer print services, albums, and wall art as additional options.
What is your payment policy?
We typically require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before or on the day of the service, depending on the type of photography.
